WonderLab Science Museum In Bloomington IN is a dynamic science center that encourages you to touch, build, and play! A community-based organization, WonderLab is an educational resource for everyone.

WonderLab opened in 2008 in downtown Bloomington. The museum offers more than 100 hands-on exhibits; the most recent ones are about nanotechnology and light waves.

The museum website claims it encourages visitors to “push buttons, pull levers, turn knobs, move sliders.” They also provide many activities for kids of all ages. Since the museum has no admission fee, this is one of the perfect places to spend some family time while discovering how things work around us with your own hands.

Parents who have children aged 3+ years old can drop their kids at the Wonderlab’s in-house daycare.
